Cancel a Session for a Customer

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Section:
    • Go to the “Schedule” section to view all scheduled sessions.
  2. Select the Session:
    • Click on the session from which you would like to cancel the customer.
  3. Cancel the Customer’s Booking:
    • Find the customer in the list and press the “Cancel” icon next to their name to initiate the cancellation.
  4. Important Notes:
    • Once the session is canceled, the balance of the customer’s package used to book the session will increase by one to reflect the cancellation.
