- Cancel a Session for a Customer
- Navigate to the Schedule Section:
- Go to the “Schedule” section to view all scheduled sessions.
- Select the Session:
- Click on the session from which you would like to cancel the customer.
- Cancel the Customer’s Booking:
- Find the customer in the list and press the “Cancel” icon next to their name to initiate the cancellation.
- Important Notes:
- Once the session is canceled, the balance of the customer’s package used to book the session will increase by one to reflect the cancellation.
