Update a Package

  1. Navigate to the Packages Section:
    • Go to the “Packages” section to view all available packages.
  2. Select the Package to Update:
    • Click on the package you wish to update to access its details.
  3. Edit Basic Information:
    • Update the relevant details, including:
      • Package Name
      • Price
      • Package Duration (in weeks)
      • Number of Sessions and the Classes included in the package
  4. Modify Invitation Options (Optional):
    • Adjust the number of invitations included, allowing customers to invite friends who are not registered in the system.
  5. Adjust Freeze Options:
    • Modify the freeze capabilities by updating:
      • Number of Permitted Freezes
      • Maximum Duration for each freeze
  6. Update Session Type:
    • Specify whether the package is for Group Sessions or Private Sessions, if this has changed.
  7. Save Updates:
    • Once all necessary updates have been made, click the Save Changes button to apply and reflect your changes to the package.
