Edit a Room

  1. Navigate to the Organization Setup Section:
    • Go to the “Organization Setup” section to manage your facility’s settings.
  2. Click on the “Rooms” Tab:
    • Select the “Rooms” tab to view the list of current rooms.
  3. Select the Room to Edit:
    • Find the room you want to edit and click edit room icon (icon) to modify its details.
  4. Update Room Information:
    • Edit any details such as the Room NameBranch, or Room Capacity as required.
  5. Make the Room Inactive (Optional):
    • If you want to make the room inactive, look for the “Active/Inactive” toggle, and set it to Inactive. This will remove the room from active availability without deleting it.
  6. Press “Save Changes”:
    • After making your updates, click “Save Changes” to apply the changes to the room.
