Freezing/ unfreezing packages

  1. Navigate to the Profile Section:
    • Go to the “Profile” section and click on the “Packages” tab to view your packages.
  2. Edit Your Packages:
    • Press the “Edit Packages” icon (insert) to manage your packages.
  3. Freezing a Package:
    • Click on the “Freeze” icon (insert) next to the package you wish to freeze.
    • A confirmation message will appear. Click “Confirm” to freeze the package.
  4. Unfreezing a Package:
    • Click on the “Unfreeze” icon (insert) next to the package you wish to unfreeze.
    • A confirmation message will appear. Click “Confirm” to unfreeze the package.
  5. Important Notes:
    • The number of freezes available per package is determined by your fitness center’s policies.
    • You can view the number of freezes used and the remaining freezes under the “Packages” tab in your profile.
