Cancel a booked session

  1. Navigate to My Calendar:
    • Go to the “Company Calendar” tab located in the Schedule section to view available classes.
    • You can switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views to find the session that suits your schedule.
  2. Select the Session to Cancel:
    • Click on the session you wish to cancel.
    • Press the “Cancel Session” button.
  3. Confirm the Cancellation:
    • A confirmation message will appear. Click “Cancel” to confirm your cancellation.
  4. Important Notes:
    • If the “Book Session” button is not visible, you may see a message indicating that your package does not match the class type or lacks sufficient balance to book the session.
    • Once successfully booked, the session will be confirmed and will appear in the “My Calendar” tab for your reference.
    • If the class is fully booked, you can register for the class waiting list and you will be notified via email when a spot becomes available.
